IGATE

IGATE is an IT Services company, founded in 1996. The IT firm operates in North America, Asia, Europe, Japan and Australia, providing technology consultancy and services. IGATE has over 70 offices and customer delivery centers in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia and a workforce of over 31,000. IGATE acquired Patni Computer Systems (Indian origin IT firm) three times its size with a value of around a billion US dollars in 2011; this acquisition was the largest cross-border leveraged transaction in the IT sector of that time. On April 27, 2015 French IT major Capgemini unveiled a deal to acquire IGATE in a $4bn deal.

Hexaware Technologies Limited

Hexaware Technologies Limited (HTL) is an information technology and business process outsourcing service Provider Company founded in 1990, based in Navi Mumbai, India. The company’s core area of work spans development support, integration, implementation and testing services across all major enterprise software systems such as PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle, SAP and Microsoft. The company provides software services in airlines, banking and financial services, healthcare and insurance sectors. NASSCOM has ranked Hexaware in the list of top 20.

Infinite Computer Solutions

Infinite Computer Solutions started off its business in 1999 with a focus on telecom technology and eventually moved on to become the experts in Healthcare IT Solutions headquartered in Bangalore, India. It was founded in 1999 by Sanjay Govil and has been ranked among the Top 20 IT Services providers by the Indian IT Industry body NASSCOM. Infinite has over 5,000 employees and 8 global delivery centers across India, US, UK, Germany, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. Infinite provides technology-based business process solutions, next-gen mobility solutions, and product engineering services.

Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd

The history of HGS (Hinduja Global Solutions) began in 1993 under the name ALIT Ashok Leyland Information Technology, providing information technology services; in 2000, ALIT merged with Hinduja Finance Corporation (HFC) to form HGS. HGS, a part of the Hinduja Group, is a corporate business and service provider headquartered in Bangalore. It has over 40000 employees worldwide with a large employee base in India. It has widespread presence in about 12 countries including Philippines, USA, UK, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Mauritius, UAE and Jamaica.

Info Edge (India) Ltd

Info Edge (India) Ltd. is an Indian on-line classified company founded in 1995 by Sanjeev Bikhchandani, headquartered in Noida. It owns eCommerce ventures Naukri.com, Shiksha.com, Jeevansathi.com, Naukrigulf.com and 99acres.com and stakes in many other internet businesses. It is one of the earliest Internet companies in India and its online recruitment brand Naukri.com became the leading job portal. It was the first Indian dotcom to IPO on an Indian stock exchange on April 27, 2006. With a network of 62 offices located in 43 cities throughout India, Info Edge has 4,000 employees engaged in innovation, product development, integration with mobile and social media.


IBM India

A brand to reckon with, being renowned as one of world’s most admired organizations over the years, IBM India Private Limited is the Indian subsidiary of IBM having offices in Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Hyderabad and other major cities in India. Compared to its offices globally, IBM has its largest number of employees in India (close to a third of its 430,000 employees world over are based here) earning the IT giant Rs. 20,442 crore revenues in the year 2014-15 with 9% growth. IBM in India is a critical component in IBM’s global business model. IBM offers capabilities without borders, eliminating any gaps within the global network.

Infosys Limited

Infosys Limited is an Indian multinational corporation and a global leader in consulting, technology, outsourcing and next-generation services headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka. Founded in 1981 by Narayana Murthy, other stalwarts like Nandan Nilekani, and S. D. Shibulal became torchbearers. Infosys is the second-largest Indian IT company by 2016 revenues growing by 6% from Rs. 53,319 crores in 2014-15. With its market capitalization at Rs. 263,735 crores ($42.51 billion), it became India’s sixth largest publicly traded company on 15 February 2015.Infosys has a global footprint across the world serving 1,045 clients across 50 countries.

Intuit Inc.

Intuit Inc. founded in 1983 by Scott Cook and Tom Proulx in Palo Alto, California is an American software company that develops financial and tax preparation software and related services for small businesses, accountants and individuals. Intuit promotes the personal finance programs Quicken and TurboTax, and small business accounting program QuickBooks. In addition, they produce QuickBooks Point of Sale solution for small retailers, professional tax solutions ProSeries and Lacerte, and the cloud-based, low-code development platform QuickBase. Intuit Inc.’s India headquarters, based in Bangalore, houses the company’s Development Centre.

Ingram Micro

Ingram Micro’s roots trace back as distributor Micro D, Inc. Started in July 1979 by husband and wife pair Geza Czige and Lorraine Mecca, it has today grown into the world’s largest wholesale technology products distributor. Headquartered in Irvine, California, Ingram Micro distributes and markets a large variety of electronics sourcing from blue chip manufacturers such as Acer Inc., Apple, Cisco, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Lenovo, Microsoft, Samsung and others. Ingram Micro has secured the 62nd position in the 2015 Fortune 500 list, operating in 160 countries with approximately 200,000 customers worldwide.

Intel India

Intel Corporation is an American multinational founded on July 18, 1968 by semiconductor pioneers Robert Noyce and Gordon Moore. Intel is the world’s largest and highest valued semiconductor chip maker. Intel supplies processors for global manufacturers such as Apple, Samsung, HP and Dell. Intel also makes motherboard chipsets, network interface controllers and integrated circuits, flash memory, embedded processors and other devices related to communications.
