4Ps B&M teamed up with ICMR for a green survey to understand the buying behaviour toward eco-friendly products in India. Conducted across Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru and Chennai, the survey interviewed 1,042 respondents. And here are some keen insights into the Indian consumer’s green behaviour...

Despite the fact that many big ticket companies like GE, Apple, Nokia, et al are heavily investing to increase consumer awareness about their green products, as many as 48% of the respondents either could not recall any ‘green’ product or else could think of only a handful of them.
